For the items that we have stock ,there is no limitation for MOQ, but if we do not have stocks, order normally

Yes , we have 12months quality guarantee except for some fast moving parts ( such as filters, spark plug etc.)

2) 50% of our cooperated factories are OE ones whoes quality have been verified by car manufacturer, and ouranother 40%
cooperated factories are top ranking manufacturer who have strict production management on each step
3) Our QC(QUALITY CONTROL) department always check quality of each batch before cargo entering ourwarehouse
5. How long for delivery time after pay deposit?
1) For body parts product, it generally takes 25 days for production
2)For suspension product, it generally takes 20-25 days for production3) For engine prodcuts, it generally takes 30 days for production
6. What will you do for quality complaint?
1) We will respond to customer within 24 hours.
2) Our @C will retest the same stock item, if confirmed it is of quality problem, we will make correspondingcompensation.
3) in most case, we will ask our clients to take clear picture or send sample back to us, and we will make a test
to clearify the problem. Finally we will give a quality report to our customer to aviod the new problem.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
